I've bought several pairs of Katy Craig earrings now and am really pleased with the different designs and the quality. When this pair arrived one was very slightly bent - not so it would be noticeable when being worn but enough that it threatened to catch on my hair and cause injury if it became stuck. I contacted the seller as instructed on the little leaflet that came in the package (along with some sweets!) and she went to great lengths to make sure I got a replacement pair in plenty of time for when I needed them.
