Excellent shoe. Bought the 12 4E (4W). Took out the thicker of two insoles and installed my orthotic. Shoe is wide and stable with a pleasant rocker to it. Not limping around anymore. Mesh on the side of toe box accommodates my bunion perfectly. No more bunion discomfort from shoe pressure. I bought toe socks as well to help spread out the toes and the shoe has plenty of toe wiggle room.Just a very good shoe for a wide large foot.Definitely recommend the toe socks if your big toe is pushing against the second toe. Doesn't fix the problem but dramatically lessens the discomfort caused by normal socks and too tight shoes squeezing all the toes together. I like the injinji trail midweight as a work sock combined with a wide Drew shoe.
