My daughter loves these shoes. They look great, and feel great. Right out of the box, she attended a private lesson and a serving class in one day, and then left for a three day overnight volleyball camp the next day, and had no issues with breaking in. She had last years version of the Wave Lightning shoe as well, and had the same great experience. The Wave Mizuno shoes are the lightest volleyball shoes we have tried, and the most comfortable. When we tried them on in Scheels for sizing, the man working in shoes took them out of the box and was surprised at how light they were.I will say that you should try these shoes on in store before ordering (or just buy them in store, although they will probably be a little bit more). Mizuno shoes do run a little small. I did put that they fit as expected, but that is because we are used to Muzuno, and know that we will need to order a full size up. My daughter usually wears 7.5 or 8 in regular shoes/sneakers, but we got a size 9 in this shoe. She could have gone with an 8.5, but she would have grown out of them before the summer ended and the season began, and she felt the 9s were a little more comfortable. I will note that the Asics she had before we switched to Mizuno ran about the same on sizing, so I'd recommend trying on any volleyball shoe before ordering.I have only worn Mizunos for several years, I've seen a couple reviews that these don't run true to size. But they do, order your normal Mizuno size. I like the previous generation of wave lightings because they have a bigger tongue but other than that they are very good. Light like all Mizuno shoes and I LOVE this color so much! (I got the neon yellow!) These have great support through the ankle portion, good grip.PROS: Light, bright, correct fit, good grip on court, tough shoe laces (of a good length)CONS: Short/ thin tongue, slightly narrower than the last generationIf you love bright Volleyball shoes, these are for you. Overall I am 100% satisfied and recommend these to other players that prefer a lighter shoe.Rocks stuck in bottom of shoes. Dirt spots on toes. Pet hair all over inside of them. Logo worn away on inside of right shoe from wear. And the box even had the owner's name written on it! I would never spend $130+ on used shoes! Best part of this purchase is the return. These Sneakers are awesome but they run extremely small. I had to get a full size bigger for my daughter. She is barely in a woman's size 7 and I bought her a size 8 and she has just a teeny tiny bit of extra room at the toe. She is 12 years old and plays volleyball. She had another pair of volleyball sneakers that were giving her really bad foot pain. She has worn these a few times now with absolutely no pain. She usually plays volleyball for three hours 2 to 3 times per week she absolutely loves these and the bright color is awesome. I hope these Mizuno's hold up as well as her Asics did.Purchased for my 14 year old, volleyball player; both at high school and club level. She prefers Mizuno over the other brands because the keep their "footing" better over the long term and the support seems to be better as well. Also, she says, they provide "spring" in her jump and they don't "skid" when moving laterally. They are pricey, but as often as she plays, it is a value. She wears a size 7 in women's, normally, but decided to get the 7.5 for added room for growth. (If you can find these or any Mizunos in a Big Kids size...get them! Conversion: women size - 2 = Big Kids size!)My daughter is an excellent libero and loves these shoes. Aesthetically, they colors are sharp and trendy. She really stands out on the court with them. As far as performance, they hold up well. They have excellent bottom, side and toe grips. Also, they fit as expected. She had a wide feet and these shoe worked well for her (unlike Asics and Nike). That is always a concern when buying shoes online. She is an aggressive player and they held up the school and travel volleyball seasons. She bought a second pair for the following season.Ordered a half size up based on other reviews saying they ran small. That was a mistake. I've worn mizuno volleyball shoes for about 11 years now and should have known better. These run true to size for standard mizuno shoes. Order the same size you usually get for mizuno volleyball shoes.Besides that, they showed up on time and weren't damaged. Have been comfortable so far and seem about the same as every other pair of mizuno volleyball shoes I've ever worn, maybe a little more comfortable. Not sure how many stars to give it. Purchased for my daughter, but the pair she got ran kind of small, but she wore them a few times before she told me. From what I could tell, they ran narrow more than anything. They looked great though. She's been back with her Adidas ever since.llego en muy buenas condiciones, completamente nuevos.llegaron un día antes de lo previsto, solo hay que tomar en cuenta que viene delgados de los lados, trata de pedir media o una talla arriba de la tuya, yo pedí un medio mas alto, y me quedaron perfectosExcelente servicio me llegaron los tenis que pedí y en el tiempo indicado yo les recomiendo ampliamente este servicio no van a tener problemasArrived on time good condition girl loves them for her volleyball would bye againGood productI returned the shoe.
